Everybody like a nice cup of tea, here in england tea is a national treasure and nowhere else in the world it’s celebrate that way and not just that, tea is a way of communication like no others, you solved problems around a cup of tea, your creating around it and bring family , friends and neighbors around. There’s no recipes what so ever but it’s recommend to let infuse your tea 3 to 5 minutes if you want to get the best out of your cuppa ! What you want to put inside it’s really up to you but avoid anything to rich and just dunk some nice biscuits witch is the best (I think) after anything is possible is there any better than a proper afternoon tea ? some nice sandwiches (again don’t be too heavy and avoid any weird combination) it have to be light and refreshing, not nourishing, you must have some nice scones and jam (jam is up to your taste really you can even replace it by a sumptuous chestnuts paste from France or a salted caramel spread ) be creative, and at list 3 different cake (or tart) but once again it have to be delicate !
